When I answered the man knew my full name, but couldn't pronounce it. When I called back I got a machine that said "Thank you for calling First Community Bank Shares, a representitive will be with you shortly." Then placed me on hold and continued to say, "Thank you for continuing to hold, we are experiencing heavy call volume, a representitive will be with you shortly." I don't do business with this bank, and in fact, just got this new phone number! SPAMMERS
