they have wrong number.

Same scam call saying it is Citicorp credit calling about a late Sears credit card payment and if you follow the prompts they ask for your bank routing and account information. Don't do it!

I received a phone call three times today, I finally answered so I could get them to stop calling. The Caller ID said Citicorp Credit, the phone number is 816-420-1012. The computer asked for my husband by name, I confirmed that I was he, then it asked for my billing zip code to confirm. I put it in. Then they told me that our sears card was over due bill $56 and if I paid it over the phone that I could avoid the late fee of $15. So I pressed yes, then it told me to enter my bank account number and routing number and that if I needed to go get it, to go ahead and press a key when I got back. Meanwhile, I confirmed online that my sears account had a zero balance and hung up.

There are 3 -4 2 s balnk messages in my voice mail daily, one in the AM, then around lunch, then on PM. I had called Sears 2 days before this started happening due to an overdue account which has been resolved. Never a message left.
