Asian Accented Male wanted to get some information from me, when I said no, he directed to call his attorney, I think he said Mike Carter at this number. Of course I did not call, someone bringing charges against me and my ssn. Yeah Right, Click

I had a message on my office voicemail from a "Kevin Hudson", with a strange Asian or Indian accent, stating that if I didn't call back he could only wish me luck as things transpired in my life. I called the number and was told by a woman that never identified herself other than to say that she was an attorney and that she was looking for me, that Cash Yes USA had filed charges against me in the State of California for supposedly defaulting on a "payday" loan. She tried to chastise me for interrupting her and asking questions about what was supposed to be going on. She told me that the Sheriff would show up at my job with a warrant to arrest me tomorrow. I told her that they could come today, because I didn't owe any 'payday' loan and I would print my bank account statements to show the judge if I was dragged into court. She hung up. I tried to call the number back and now it just rolls to voicemail.
