Caller: !caller!
refused to answer, but damn do they call every hour even when no one picks up.
The guy calls me at 3:09 p.m. CDT April 22, telling me that I qualify for a rate reduction on my auto insurance. He said that his firm had been contracted by my carrier — which he never named.
I responded that I have a good working relationship with my agent, whom I would call and resolve the matter personally. He said that what I said made sense, bid me good day, and promptly ended the call.
It sounds like a scam to me.
Car insurance acts like he was actually calling somebody by the name of Charles
