Offering overpriced Craigslist posting services
Yes, this is people calling if you have items on craigslist and they trying to get you to pay him to advertise your item. If enough people complain to the goverment (FCC), they will catch and fine and even charge these people. I've done it before and it works. Go to http://www.fcc.gov/complaints
