Started getting calls yesterday 11/15/10. No answer and charges a min. against my cell time. Probably some phishing scam. Very annoying!!

i get calls from this phone an when i say hello they just hold the phone wont say any thing think you

I WOULD LIKE TO KNOW WHO KEEPS CALLING FROM THIS NUMBER, WHEN I SAY HELLO THEY JUST HOLD THE PHONE AND WONT SAY NOTHING. THANK YOU djacobs121@yahoo.com
