They tell me I have a lawsuit against my social and that I will be arrested if I dont provide my personal info. They are foreign and speak bad english.

I was told a case is being filed against me for non payment but if I settled the debt and paid the person on the phone, I can avoid a lawsuit. I contacted the company they claimed was suing me and who confirmed this was a false report and a common scam.

Being called and have no reply at all. have no idea who it is.
