Called back and it was a voice mail number. Shows number left voice mail, but, didn't.. notification of call will not delete know no matter what, i try. Very frustrated.....

I been getting voicemail calls i cant return a message back are say u got the wrong number to these numbet i been told i been spoof i even call my cellphone carrier and add smart limited they say that suppose to help stop i think my phone is being tapped please help i tried of this is stuck in my phone how do i stop this from happen i hope i got sum luck with you thank you much

Calls as soon as you get the bill in the mail..they must have a quota to collect over the phone.
