They were from Health Partners 800 Service regarding getting a flu shot and to contact my doctor right away.
It's health care partners my medical group calling to remind me to get my free flu shot at their office.
Got a missed call and voice mail. It says:
"Hi, this is a message from Healthcare Partners and your doctor. You received a yellow envelope in the mail that lists the health test that you can do this year to stay healthy. Please read the letter and follow the directions about the things you can do for your health this year. To opt out of all future calls, please call 866-284-6198. Thank you for your attention."
