Nuisance call, phishing.
"Toll Free Number" left message claiming to be a law firm wanting to record a statement from the name and number they have in a file. Law firm without a real caller id? Scare tactics and a scam. Same voice has called on and off for the past several months under different phone numbers, caller ID's and different company names.
