Starts "Hello, The FBI reports a home burglary occurs.... then it says if you allow them to install a sign in your yard you can have a home security system installed for free. NEVER identifies company. Asks to press (1) for more or (9) to be on do not call. Didn't press anything due to scam scounding nature.
Unsolicited annoying scam calls.
Constantly calls out with fraud spam, like "FBI..." and "We are Windows" and various other things.
