called me 21 times to discuss the "errors on my event viewer". said they were monitoring my usage from Microsoft and wanted to fix. I looked it up and saw it was a scam. they lock your computer and ask for money to release. thank goodness I blocked them before I took the bait! SCAM!!

(845) 459-2751 is a spam. They pretend to be from Microsoft and try to install their software. Never refund. Beware.
