I do not have a Chase a Credit Card but continuously receive calls from this telephone number.

Keeps asking for someone that I've never heard of. Weird!
Must be pissed, so they keep on keeping on.

Get at least 10 calls a day, starting at 8 AM. IT rings a few times, then they hang up

I had a similar experience to BK. Using revolving credit to run my business. Would run it up, then pay it off and then do it again. Did this numerous times, never late on payment. Then Pres Obama announces new banking regulations, and give the banks 6 months. They decided I was over leveraged - even though I was well under my max amount, and current on all payments - they decided to raise my interest rates. Red flags. Then they reduced my credit limits to just above the amount I had out. More red flags. That in turn made it look like I had maxed out my credit. Even more red flags. So, they raised my interest some more. I went from paying zero -7% on my debt to 26.99-29.99 %! Oh, and as they started jacking me around, my excellent credit score got torched - preventing me from taking out a line of credit that would have allowed me to pay off all my revolving credit. I was current and managing my debt, until they started screwing with me - forcing me into default. Uh, duh!

This is collectors for Chase. Told them they reap what the sow. In 2007 I paid off 3.5 million in small business loans, had an 830 FICO score, and had ran my own business that employed 30 people for over 16 years. Then the banks decided not to make small business loans any longer because they had taken bad risks on buying up junk mortgages. I held on by operating on my savings, my retirement, and my kids college funds, but was forced to close my business and lay off all my employees. Now I can't pay them back... their loss. They made their bed. They can get a judgement against me, but can't attach what isn't there. By law they can't take my medicaid and foodstamps, so screw them. I also advised my employees not to bankrupt themselves trying to pay these crooks, they got our tax $$$ with the TARP (JP Morgan/Chase) bailout.

My phone is a company phone and not assigned with a particular name. These people keep calling and it is very annoying and disrubtive to the business. Any way to make it stop.
