A guy with a thick middle eastern accent tried to tell me I applied for a pay day loan, which I would never do, and when I told him to take my number off their list, he told me it was impossible for me to do that. He then proceeded to use extremely vulgar language; calling me a b***h and telling me he was going to f**k me. I filed a police report and downloaded this app

This number has called my house 23 times in the past 7 days. I answer and say hello, they hang up. Today, 5/10/2014, I called the number back. A man answered with a heavy accent and said "Do not call me anymore, understand?" and hung up on me. Is there anyway to report them for phone harassment? I am sick of calls like this one.
