asked when someone was going to be home to serve papers. when asked what for they said just have the person call back and reference a case number. I called the number back and the person who answered said their name was Greg.

I recieved a call from "privale name" "private number" and was told by a "process server" to call the above number to receive instructions for being served a court summons. I havent called yet because this "lady" sounded like a debt collector and when you are being served a summons THEY SERVE YOU IN PERSON. I also know that if you are the one to contact your debtor, it re-instates their lien period. If anyone knows anything about this bull$#!+, please do tell. Thanks
