Phone call saying all above. Sent verification of employment to my place of employment asking for all kinds of personal information which my employer gave to me.

HI I WAS AT WORK TODAY AND SOMEONE NAMED BRITTANY POWERS CALLED MY HOME AND TALKED TO MY MOTHER IN LAWAND STATED THAT I HAD SOME COURT PAPERS THAT NEEDED SIGNEDAND SOMEONE WAS COMEING TO SERVE ME WITH PAPERS BUT SHE NEEDEDTO TALK TO ME FIRST AND i TRIED TO CALL THE NUMBER BACK AND IT WAS A PHONY NUMBER LOOKED IT UP ON THE INTERNET AND FOUND THIS IS A SCAM AND IT JUST DID NOT HAPPEN TO ONLY ME THE NUMBER ON THE CALLER ID WAS 766-9617 NO AREA CODE AVAIL AND THEN GAVE THIS WEIRD NUMBER TO CALL BACK AND A PHONY CASE NO.

got a call from a blocked number yesterday that gave this number to reply to...also gave a case number and said i was going to be served papers either at my house or my employer...what gives with this...didnt know people called to tell you that you were being served!!! what to do

I just called the number back because the suppose to be sending a summons to my house. I called and the lady got hostile because I would not give her my name. Phony and not real!!!

I also received a phone call from Brittney who told me that if I did not call 855-212-9415 and make arrangements with a guy name Jude, I would be taken to jail. When I gave this information to my attorney she gave me this information about other people who are also complaining about Jude and Brittany. Somehting is not right with these people.

My husband just got a call on his cell phone from a Brittney Powers stating that he was being sued and she needed an address to come and serve him papers. She gave him a phony case number. He did not give them the address to our house, she told him that she sent him a certified letter that was returned but she could not verify any address.

Called again. I asked for confirmstion to be sent, was told it was too late to wait. She said she would email it at 11. No email and no answer at number

I've received 2 calls at my work from a Brittany Powers saying she had to serve me with court papers but that I could call this # & work something out so she didn't have to come serve me. When I told her what time I would be home, she said she would have to go to my job & have my employer sign off on them if I wasn't home. So I told her to be at my house by 6pm today. Will let you know if she shows up or not.

I was threatened by a woman named Barbara Judd who said that she would be coming to my home or place of employment to serve me with papers that required my signature.

They called my phone and said something about a lawsuit against me. When I called back the case manager did not answer they then wanted me to ver the last four numbers of my SSN I said no. Tell me who your are. He hung up
