I have been receiving calls, voice messages at work and on my cell threatening legal action. The first lady said their company name was URG Litigation and I owe a payday loan to a Westgate Group for $300 and owe $494.50. I asked for the location of Westgate and she hung up on me. I called back and spoke with A Kim Jones ( so original) and she was very hateful and rude. She had access to all my information including credit file! They are very threatening. Threatened to call my job and serve me with papers. They are scam artists.

This collection company keeps calling looking for someone I don't even know. Every time I call them back or hit 0 to speak with an operator, when I get a live person, I tell them I do not know the person they are looking for and to please remove my number from their records and stop calling me. The first couple times, I was told they would remove my number. Now when I start to tell them they have a wrong number and to stop calling me, they hang up on me or put me on hold and leave me there. I DO NOT owe anyone any money! I have tried for months to get these people to leave me alone and to get through their stupid heads that I do not even know the person they are looking for. They will not leave me alone! They do not even care that I am not who they keep calling for. I wonder if they will listen to my attorney?!?

I told them to stop calling my house and she started asking questions.

This company keeps calling my 10 year old daughter pre-pay phone trying to collect a debt that she does not owe,nor anyone else in our household. I purchased her phone from T-mobile for Christmas and T-mobile gave me her number. Every time I call this company back to report that they are looking for the wrong person, they hang up on me or they curse to my sister. The operator at this number said some very inappropriate sexual comments to my sister when she was trying to talk to them about calling the wrong person, since this company won't listen to me. The attorney general stated its a scam.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE PEOPLE!!! They should be ashamed of how they treat people. Get a real job and stop trying to make a living off of scamming other people out of their hard earned money! This is exactly why I dont do anything financial (payments, banking, shopping, etc.) over the internet. All of your information can so easily get into the wrong hands. For others being harrassed by these people, dont worry, they are all going to hell for their actions!!!
