keep calling saying that my husband is gonna go to jail i try give them my lawyer number and they don't want to take it and hung up so tired of there msg in my cell every day

I am getting this threatening call every day. They do not say who they are and always leave a message on my answering machine stating that I need to have my attorney call them today or push a button to speak to them. The only bills I have are medical due to cancer surgery and I am trying to pay them a little at a time which is hard to do on SS and no other ins. If the were a legal company they would send some thing thru the mail so I can check into this matter. As far as I'm concerned I feel it is a scam.
