Caller: 800 service
claimed to be with Windows and that I was illegally downloading software
They knew my name. Caller told me they were "receiving error signals from my computer". Clearly some sort of identity theft or other scam.

Marcus White identified himself with Windows Tech Support and stated he has received information that our computer(s) have malicious files on them and he needed to gain access to the computers to fix them. After doing a quick Google search on this phone #, we realized it is a scam out of India to gain access through VPN/hack computers in USA. We obtained his identifying information and said we would call him back if interested.
