Getting the same call I will ignore them. First they are combing family names as one. Threatening legal litigation... I have no debts that I am aware of. Said his name was Richard Lewis and to take this as my official notice of being served.
Gave me phone number 8554467646 and case number. According to the above it is a scam and I am not giving them any information. Asked for social security number and home address...UH I don't give my social to anyone over the phone nor my address.

This morning I got a phone call. I didn't pick it up because it was a private number. A man which name was not to understand, left a voice message for my daughter who don't live here anymore and stated that "YOU HAVE OFFICIALLY BEEN NOTIFIED" lol... something like his office received an order, they are being retained to get her to appear in court and that she have two choices which is either appear in court in front of a judge or make a payment otherwise they would show up at my house in 2 days. And for her to contact the mediation firm. I called the above number back and asked what this was about.He gave me some info about a a outstanding payday loan from 2008 and said because it was not paid back , it is considered fraud and they need the money now to avoid jail time. LMAO..really???!!!! The payday loan was paid back a long time ago and my daughter even got a letter from the pay day loan company stating that it is paid in full. This is a SCAM.

I just received a phone call from this number, did not answer as it came up as private. The voice mail was from a Richard Lewis stating he was trying to get in contact with me in regards to a legal matter. Said he had my SS number and also mentioned my sister by both her maiden and married name. Mentioned showing up either at my home or work, plan on contacting police department.

I think that who ever that is the scammers are working together with other people because I was being contacted by both COURTNEY LEEF and another lady named CASEY and they are working as a team to get others to give them money. STOP believing them. It's a SCAM.

Was called in a threatening tone indicating that a Mr. Robert Martin was in pending litigation. When I returned the call to inform them they had not reached Mr. Martin (not providing any details on myself), the lady who answered said I was being rude and hung up on me.

yeah this guy kevin james is a joke, did the same thing to us.

Received message about subpoena, claim#, threatening jail time, etc, etc, etc. Called number. there is NO legitimacy behind claims! I advised persons answering I would go to my local police department with their numbers and claims, their business practice is unethical. They began to yell and scream.

Same story. Have called at least 5 times, each time saying they were with "National Contract Enforcement" and would be dropping off a subpoena by my home or work last Friday. I ignored the call and nothing happened. The first time I received a call from them, the lady identified herself as Tracy Parker (in a message from "unknown" number), then gave callback information to this 855 phone number. Will continue to ignore.

We received a call on a Monday from an unknown source about an order my husband supposedly made and then it morphed into a convo about how their was pending litigation againist him. The message said we had ONE opportunity only to call 855-446-7646 and give our claim number. The caller said he would be at our home or my husband's place of business two days later. Two days later, got the same call saying he would be coming. No one came. This is a total scam, my guess is to get personal info from people for identity theft purposes. Don't call the number they recite, just ignore. These people need to be locked up. In the state of PA, anyone who steps on my porch who threatens me in any way, I have the right to shoot, and I will.

Called Five times reporting that they were a "National Contract Enforcement" agency. Reported that they had my employment and SS information and would bring a court summons to my job or home. They couldn't provide me with the contact information to where they have got my "account Numbers" from; and told be to Google for the company they were representing to get a telephone number.
