harassment calling constantly

I keep getting calls from this number, I have no idea who they are or why they're calling me (especially considering i'm in Canada n this numbers a U.S number) and even though it goes to voicemail they refuse to leave a message.

i don't know who it is but they keep calling me everyday in the afternoon .When my answering machine goes on they do not leave any messages they don't speak nothing . It is very anoying ,disturbing its like an harrassement .IT AS TO BE STOPPPED .
