I get at least 3 to 4 calls from this number daily .
This number belongs to a marketing company that calls & sells things on behalf of RBC Canada.
It's something like selling their products.

this is a complete fraud as royal bank does not call from that @.I talked withthe manager in my town at Royal Bank and they have had numerous complaints.Just hang up/and warn your older relatives ..wishthese littlepunkswouldget a real job or ship theminto the military..weneed morelawson this crap/

I found posts on other sites that have confirmed with RBC that this is in fact a phishing fraud and that the number has nothing to do with them.

Most phone companies offer a call-blocking service, contact your local provider.

calls twice a day
purports to be calling on behalf of RBC talk and save. Most likely phishing.
Royal Bank deny all knowledge of these idiots.
Caller also invites recipient to join unsubscribe list; never activated.
