Just received a call from a Justin Walker stating the same thing- I was being served and per CA law, I was being notified in an attempt to resolve the issue with the creditor- "EMS & Associate"
I am unaware of any CA law that state that you will receive a call prior to being served with papers. The number provided was the same 855 number. I really wish there was a way to stop these scams. I received this call at my work number!

Stating I was being served. Did not say what it was about only that if I did not return there call they would show up at my place of employment.
