I never received a phone call or any text messaging (or respond to) for My True Horoscope and I got an unauthorized charge of $9.99 on my sprint bill of which the sprint company was unable to refund because the charge was over a month ago. Customer Service rep, Sarah, gave me the phone number of the Premium Customer Care to dispute for my refund. I called the number and now the office is currently closed. Shame on Sprint for not warning me of this unusual charge sooner that they can't reverse.

My mother was charged $27.97 for services she did not subscribe to. When calling the "company" they were ignorant and were laughing hysterically. They said they were going to issue a refund to my cell carrier. Yeah like I believe that!

This is a scam through Wal-mart website. I was just using the Internet for something and a Wal-mart survey popped up and asked for my cell phone and within minutes received 3 text messages from this phone number. THEY CHARGED ME FOR THEIR CALLS!!! THIS IS A TOTAL SCAM. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR CELL PHONE NUMBER. SHAME ON WAL-MART FOR EVEN BEING ASSOCIATED WITH THIS MESS!!!
