I called it back, I got a message service that said "Please record your message after the tone. To send, press the pound key." I just hung up. If you do leave a message they will just end up calling you even more, harassing you.

calling daily at 7/8 pm nobody ever speaks. call back and it goes directly to someones VM. This is very annoying. I have not been able to find out who owns the # yet or if they are spoofing it
