I called Norton because I was unable to access my paid Norton account. A Technician, names James Walker came on line and said my computer was infiltrated that someone was trying to move funds from my account and was almost able to do so and I would have to pay them $330 CDN to fix it. Said they worked for Microsoft. Initially, I agreed, then reconsidered and said I want to cancel the transaction until I spoke with my family. I was informed that next time I called them the price would be $500. Jacob Stifler was the Manager. And if I had any billing complaints or request a refund, I could call Shawn Williams, the Billing Manager at Toll free: 1866-888-0453. The payment would reflect by the name of NWM Design (Merchant Name).

Prices 100-500 dollars. Someone purchased email security a year ago
was recalled to buy more at said prices. Has what appears to be a legitimate webpage.
