Keeps saying bill in collections for other person people rude

clearly this is a fake call app these people are not calling from charter communications because I Do Not have a bill in collections!

Every Day.. Never says anything just uses my mins up. Hoe do we get them to stop?
They keep calling and are very rude when you tell them it is a wrong number. They keep asking for Ira Velasquez. When you call them back they sta so rude.
