Called and stated that they were from Yankton County Sheriff's Office and they had papers for me to sign. Stated I had 48 hours or they would come to my house. The lady had a foreign accent. Gave me a doc number that I could not understand. Last I knew the sheriff's office does not call and tell you they have papers for you and you have 48 hours to pick them up.
