As already mentioned...Dirt bags, Fu_K Heads and Bottom Feeders. OLD debt that was paid in full about 3 years ago and lets face it, these People don't know their Ass from their Elbow !

Frank calls about a student loan that has been paid. Tried to ask me personal information about my gf and I hung up on him. Blocked so he can catch a dial tone instead

It's FDR (Financial Debt Recovery) attempting to call on behalf of CIBC based on "old debt" that is completely illegitimate. They called about a credit card that I haven't even had in over 10 years and that didn't have debt on it when I cancelled it.

Don't engage in any rational arguments with them unless you have time to kill. They're paid not to listen and to collect on as much debt as they can. My trick is to constantly hit them up with http://www.instantrapairhorn.com/ until they hang up.
