I got a call from this number, which I posted a few minutes ago, their practices are very improper for a collection agency, my call was very much like all the other calls listed, they will also call your friends and relivatives and disclose info about you, ILLEGAL !!
I talked to the Attorney General offices for the state of New York, and Illinois, this Westwood place is located in N.Y., they would not give me their address, both state legal offices are sending me a complaint form, ( N.Y. and IL. ) this is one way to put a stop to these people.. Got 2 calls from this number saying I'm being accused of fraudulent use of a checking account and it's not true.

A lady named Kelly called my home saying they were dying for a pay day loan from july 2004 that I know nothing about and saying they were going to sue me and garnish my check

A Det. Bronson has been calling family members and friends. Some of the family member contacted I don't even have their #'s. They claim that I owe 1,300.00 for fraud but they won't tell me from whom I owe. It's a scam and I want to report them

A supposide private investigator has been calling my the name bill bryson. He keeps taelling us about a bad check and threatning to sue for a compay the we never used and that the matter was issued about over 10 years ago. 10 years is way over the amount of time that they would have issued a court order for payment. 2 plus we never used that company they named for anything. These people will provide case numbers that are fake and even willingly give out your information to make it seem real. But its nothing but a group of ppl trying to steal from your money. just hang up and report the number and if you can block them also. let your bank and employer know that its not real and that is it a scam so that way they can avoid any issues that maybe coming.
