First call the local police and establish a case file, then call your local Attorney Office. I too have had the same problem. I had a payday loan which I had in paid in full. So now all of sudden I am getting calls from these people. I have documents to prove I do not owe this debt. SO I will be resubmitting all of my documents again and calling the local police and my local Attorney General Office. By law creditors can not threaten you no matter how much money you owe!!!

She demanded I return her telephone call immediately or she was filing for the County to come and pick me up.
