This is a Collection Company called Convergent Outsourcing. I have a past-due account that is in collections and this copmany is the one handling it.

So far, 2 of the 3 people I have spoken to there are very understanding about my money situation and do not harrass me.

There is one lady there, though that is very rude. Whenever she calls, I hang up on her, call back, and speak with the next person that answers the call.

I am not a dead-beat, nor do I skirt my responsibilites, but I work in a construction office and our paychecks are sporadic. Sometimes two months go by and I don't get paid, so I get past-due on all my accounts. But I always pay as soon as I have the money. So when I explained that to Convergent, they laid off a little, though they still call me regularly for payments, not daily, though.
