Do Not give them any personal information on the phone.
They may try to take you to court for a debt that is out of the SOL (statute of limitations). If they send you a summons, go to court and FIGHT IT, even if you owed the money to someone at some point in time. You Do Not owe it to Them.
If you don't show up for court, they will get the full amount PLUS fees and interest !! Always file an answer (Denial) to their motions and Always show up for the court date to deny, postpone, counter sue....
