The number is for Citicorp. It is a call center. They are calling you because you have one of many different credit cards that have fallen delinquent. There is dead air because your call has not reached a live agent yet. This may be an inconvenience but the only way to get to the bottom of it is to wait for them to come on the line. They are only trying to help you. I know because I work there. I have a job to do and getting angry at me doesn't help the situation. The people on the other end of the phone arent trying to anger you, they are simply doing their jobs and trying to help you find your way out of debt with whatever creditor they are employed by. I realize that this may not be the case in all situations, however, the name calling and brutal slander is not necessary. If your number was not provided to us, we would not be calling it.

Got 3 calls within an hour.no message left. Number just rings when I call back. No Answer. FRAUD?

Started calling my home number for the last 4 nights. will not give ot there information. caller id list this number which of course is a non-working number. the last time the person called and called right back at 830-900PM MST. I contacted my local phone service and then will contact the polce dept.

I get several calls fom this # and when I call back or answer nothing is on th other line??????? it says the number is disconnected.
