This number has been calling me everyday for past week, comes up on my cell as Boone County, KY. I don't ever answer when they call and they hold the phone when voicemail picks up. They called at 6pm today and at 6:05 I decided to call back. I got a recording saying my call could not be completed as dialed I'm

Called looking for a specific person. I have repeatedly told and they have old information and at least twice I've been told they will remove the number from their records. But they keep calling although they are polite.

So, this caller stated he was from Citibank, but the entire call was shady...he never verified me as the Citibank card owner, he never asked any identification questions. he said he wanted me to pay my bill. I told him I did pay and that all payments are on auto bill pay. I really couldn't understand him due to his thick accent and his voice trailing off, but he didn't make any sense telling me he needed my ccard or account info. If he really is from Citibank, he should have that info. I hung up on him and blocked the number!

says "Citi", but I called Citibank CC services, who said that is not their number. Called back, recording asked for CC# - very suspicious.
Do not give them any info!

859-283-8074...just keeps calling my cell and never leaves a message. After reading through your helpful comments about this number I now know it Citibank or CitiCorp. I also know I don't have an account with either. They will be getting the "block" from me. I use YouMail which also gives the option of telling the caller your number is disconnected! Take that Annoying CitiSlickers!

I have received 27 hang-up calls in the last 9 days from this number. The ID is CITICARD, and I have contacted CitiBank. They said it is a real number for them. It's from some place in Kentucky. I don't even have an account with them.

Multiple calls and never leaves a message. Possibly citibank (referring to previous comments on this number) as I have a Citicard account - but if anyone calls asking you to provide your account number you should refuse.
