Yes this person keeps stating that they are going to send me some paperwork about all of the legal details, also kept asking about a fax number, also keeps stating that if i dont acknowledge the call i am going to wish i had.

A CALLER WITH STRONG INDIAN ACCENT, who CALLED HIMSELF JOHN SMITH,CALLED ME AT MY WORK 2 X WITH A "TIME SENSITIVE MESSAGE"THEN SAYING IF HE DID NOT HEAR FROM MY ATTORNEY,THEN HE WISHED ME GOOD LUCK, VERY SCARY AND HAS MADE ME WORRY ABOUT MY SAFETY. TOLD ME TO CAL 1-863-354-6500.

Caller with a strong indian accent left two voicemails urging me to call 863-354-6500 on a "time-sensitive issue" and if I do not call them, wishing me good luck. Scary but seems like a scam. Anyway it's better to contact an attorney.
