Called multiple times this morning. A lot of rumbling, sounded like someones phone was stuck on redial calling from a pocket or a purse. Called me at least 5 times in a row. I called back (they even beeped through for call waiting as I was calling them) and got an answering machine for Grieve Architects. Then, I called 3 more times. Each time it rang for a while, someone would pick up and then abruptly hang up. It shows up as Private Caller on caller ID with the number 8652910061. I have no idea who these people are.

Call offered a "limited time offer" to reduce the interest on "your credit card", & requested "press 1 to talk to an agent". Answerer disconnected without selecting.

Receiving phone number is on the national do not call list. Caller ID showed "PRIVATE".
