It is never a real person- just a female pre-recorded mssg that says..."this message is for......" and then a long pause.
no name stated, just a long pause.
then it says, " by staying on the line, you are acknowledging that you are...(insert long pause) Please call Capital Management at "(no number) "This message is from a Debt Collector. Any and all info, etc.
