Received a call/voicemail for me/ex-wife from 269-200-8044 that referred me to THIS number, with a barely intelligible "code" to give them, "Brandi" stated she calling on behalf of the State of Michigan Treasury Department. Are they allowed to legally say they're calling AS the SoM Treas. Dept? Seems like a violation of FDCPA §807.1 to misrepresent who you are. Any attorneys want to take up a class action case? I still have the voicemail.

Got a call yesterday from this number..I figured it was a scam call..It gave a different address so I don't know why they called me...gave a ref # too. I did a reverse # check on the laptop and they couldn't identify the caller.

Had two calls from this Number from State of Michigan. Told me to refer to a certain number. Not sure is this is a spam or not. It was a recording that was filling in the blanks with my name and address.
Not sure.
