They had my name and and as I have heard you never say "yes" to an electronic message, I kept saying "operator" and they hung up. But they also said "call from the phone where you left us the message." I didn't leave them a message. My local Rite-Aid said it is their corporate number checking if you need any refills. But it sure felt like spam to me; they said to call your local pharmacy directly if in doubt

I called my pharmacy & explained about this phone number automation calling me, and it was NOT the pharmacy calling! This Is a Scam Caller!!!!

CLAIMS to be RITE AID pharmacy. I called Rite Aid to see if they called me. NOPE. THEY DID NOT CALL. NO record of them calling me. I described the call and they said it was not them.

They left a message saying it was Rite Aid Pharmacy Services with a message for me. They used my name and told me to call back from that number. I called and it was a robot asking me if I was my name. They wanted me to say yes, no, or not sure. I did not reply and hung up

Rite Aid automated call to let me know a prescription should have run out and has no refill. offered to contact my Dr. to get me more meds! seriously!!?? I never signed up for this and received the same call last week about the same prescription!! how many times are they going to bother me?? wish I wouldn't have updated my contact info with them. they could have contacted my mother's disconnected land line till they were blue in the face!

CALLER ID: TOLL FREE CALLER. ANSWERING MACHINE RECORDED "PRESCRIPTION RENEWAL FOR (MY 91 YO MOTHER-IN-LAW). IT WAS FROM RITE-AID.

It's Rite Aid's prescription reminder service. Not sure why they called me, as I never signed up for a prescription reminder service. I got an automated message. I called the number back and got ANOTHER automated message that responded to voice prompts. I had to go online to riteaid.com and go into a live chat with a Rite Aid Customer Service rep to have the calls stopped.
