My 16 yr old kid had gotten called from this number as well. When I called them back they said they were an out sourced collection agency located in Guatemala collecting on default Citi Card account. She told me she would remove the number. Lets see if this is going to happen.

They called in Spanish and there was a recording of a man saying it was from Citi Cards. They said they would transfer me to someone to speak to. Then I heard a lady say "Alo" "Alo" "Alo" and hung up. Other times I answer, they just hang up, IT'S SO ANNOYING.

I was the same problem. They called me a lot of times and when I called them, they asked about address and phone number.

The message was left in Spanish by a female caller originating from 866-220-0944. She did not identify herself. The message was in perfect Spanish and sounds legitimate. The woman states at one point that the call is from "Citi Card". She then asks that we call back at 800-926-5212 between 6am and 11 pm Central time Monday through Friday or 8am and 5pm Central time Saturday and Sunday. I called the number several times and received Spanish speaking individuals (I speak perfect Spanish). I spoke to them in English at the beginning of the call, stating that I was calling to find out why I had been called. One individual understood my questions but responded to me in Spanish only, my first hint that this call was bogus. I called several other times and received other individuals though on about the 5th call I started getting the same people again. I suspect this is the type of fraudulent call that my Cuban and other friends get here in the state in Washington. I will be reporting this to the Washington state Attorney General's office tomorrow.

i just received a call from this no#, and he speaks english and spanish, he wants to speak to Danny, i told him this is my phone, here is not any person of Danny. he said he will keep calling, what is wrong with it ?

I have the same problem. They called me several times a day and is very annoying! They don't leave any msg. and they call from 3 to 7 times each day. I will not answer the phone until at least they leave a msg and say who they are and what they want!
