I want to know who is calling me from this number. Both times I've received calls from it those telephoning me identify themselves as representatives of Discover Card. I don't think there's any reason for anyone from Discover to call me, particularly as the first caller asked if I knew how to get my cashback money. I said I just had to call a particular number, didn't I? And she said, I quote, "Oh, I don't know. I'm in a different department." I didn't like the sound of that and said she'd told me what I needed to know! Then I hung up.

Incidentally, this 866 number is not one of the ones I have for legitimate business with Discover.
