Automated Voice looking for an unknown person to me; the automation says if you are not that person, press 4 (which I did) they thanked me, told me that I would speak to the next available agent; serenaded me with music for 5 minutes and hung up. Suspect a collection agency with outdated information. They are now on my call block list.
