have received almost daily calls from 216-689-3000 they leave the following toll free number- 866-325-9653. They ask for someone other than myself. i veriifed with KeyBank not a valid 800#. I advised they should stop calling and also started yelling at them. Doesn't make a difference they keep calling. Going on for months now.

Calls almost every day asking for someone who does not work here- kept telling them to stop calling here and they continue to do so saying that our number is on an automatic dialer and they don't know what number they are calling. Finally just today I started yelling at the woman telling her they "take our number off the system" every day and they continue to call, she got defensive with me I asked for her supervisor and she wouldn't transfer me- I told her this is a government agency (which it is) and that if they call again that we will file telephone harassment charges on them- she asked for the number that was called and that it would be taken out of the dialer- I reminded her again that if it calls us again we will file harassment charges- started asking for supervisor again but she hung up on me- which they do every single time they call
