Received a call from Matt Carter who in turn placed us on the phone with one of his reps. Posted 2 cars for sale with him company and at the end of 3 months when the ad expired and we were to receive a partial refund for no sale, it did not happen. Received confirmation from them at their 1-866-326-0949 number indicating they had received our cancellation notices and that it would take 6 - 8 weeks to process the refund. No refund and all we get when we call either number is a busy signal. Don't fall for it.

Can we please track this guy down and get him in court or something to get him to shut up and stop calling people? This is some bull shit harassment, his calls wake me up in the middle of the night.

Received message today from "Matt Carter" at Lockwood. Offered to sell my car I have posted on CL for a "small fee". I have posted on my CL account that NO DEALERS may contact me. I will be filing against this company on Rip Off Reports also.

I keep Getting Phone calls at ALL Hours of the night 2:00 am - Midnight From a phone number that is unknown. I Let the calls fo go to voicemail and its some man named Matt saying that he can sell my car. Today the Idoit left is his number and i was able to call in and demand that they no longer call me. I HOPE THIS STOPS THEIR HARRASSING PHONE CALLS!!

In my add, I clearly state that I do not weish to recieve and call regarding assitance in selling my car. This company call me every day but hangs up when I answer. They will only leave a message on voicemail.
