Representative of Capital one states that accounts are sold to this company. Instead of working with individuals these people call and intimidate with words such as "Law Suit and Jail Time". Not a great group! This is to a child who is scared to death by this man!!!!

it was a rude voice asking for a person (name unknown) yet the phone line was staticy but in the deepest most rude voice ever "he" kept asking "r u done playing games" then when i said excuse me, "he" hung up the phone!!!
