Looking for someone named Andy then the last name was garbled. Call was regarding a returned item from my bank account. Asked to call 1-888-499-0864 and refer to claim #202661.
Then the guy said this was not a solicitation, and I should call 1-866-377-3362. I have gotten these calls before, called back and waited f-o-r-e-v-e-r to get a real person. I was told this is a collection agency. Told them there was no Andy at this number, and I was told they would take care of it, but it might take 48 hours. Well, that was 4 months ago, and they are back! This is very aggravating!!!!!

SAID THEY WERE LOOKING FOR MY SISTER IN LAW AND THAT THEY WERE INVESTIGATING FRAUDULENT ACTIVITY AND NEEDED TO SPEAK TO HER. CALLERS NAME WAS VIVIAN FORD AND SHE USED THE PHONE NUMBER 1-866-377-5362 SAYING SHE WAS A MEMBER OF A LAW FIRM.
