Got a call about our luck changing from a john hill in the prize notification department saying we had won $25,000 of the $49,000 within the last year, I call 5 minutes later and he isn't available hmm, phone number is 1-866-933-6012.

scam do not return calls ever to numbers unkown
also check online first
theese people are going to use your i.d in future
its the same as spam in your emails
theese companys are trash scammers
block them if you can

"... with the official notification department. Our records show that you entered our contest a while back for $50,000. We do have fantastic news for you! Call toll free: 1-866-430-3177. We'll expect to hear from you soon and congratulations!"
Called back, heard: "This is the prize department. If you know your party's extension, please dial it now; otherwise, wait for the operator." Long minutes of loud "hold" music. A woman's voice interrupted it several times to say "I'll be with you in a moment", but she never came back. I waited for about 8 minutes, then hung up.
Note: Caller I.D. said "anita magee, 1-312-962-0239"

Call toll free. Will expect to hear from you soon and congratulations! I have tried calling them back this morning. The call answers, "This is the prize department." "If you know your parties extension, please dial it now; otherwise, wait for the operator." Phone keeps ringing. Then an answering machine comes on to leave my name and number, "and they will get back to you soon... and congratulations!" What a shame this isn't real. If not actual, what kind of conscious do these people have?!

I just got the same phone call as you did. I phoned back and got the same operator bs. What is going on with this Randy Bentley? Too bad as I enter contests and win for real

07/12/2012 received a call saying it was randy bentley about a $50,000 drawing that we entered a while back and that he had good news. When you call the number it says prize distribution center if you know the party's extension please enter it or wait on operator. Someone answered with hello so that was the first red flag. We couldn't understand them so we hung up.

Similar response as to previous notations. When I returned the call -- the lady indicated this was in response to a contest from Lowes, Home Depot -- or "something I enteredt on the internet." REALLY -- would Lowes and Home Depot have had the SAME giveaway -- at the SAME time? SCAM!

A Richard left me a message saying that I won a suv on a contest I called the number that he left me 1866 430 3177 twice but no answer? And no voicemail it just kept ringing and ringing?! To good to be true

Richard called and left the " message" that everyone else has been getting. Finally got to talk to Tina, she told me to hold on and she would look in the computer. 10 minutes and 43 seconds later I hung up and tried to call back. When Tina answered again I told her I was put on hold for over 10 minutes and she told me to hold again and I told her I was on hold last time too and nothing she informed me that "SHE WAS VERY BUSY AND I WOULD HAVE TO WAIT" OK I said. Then I got someones VOICEMAIL named Lorraine and one other girls name. That was about 3 p.m. here it is after 7 no response. OK Richard~~~~ Did you stand everyone else and me up ? What about Tina, or Lorraine or the other girl. Did they fall off the earth??????

The caller called approx. Nov. 12, 2011, identified himself as Richard New from the prize distribution center, and said that he had good news about the contest I entered. He went on to say he was looking at my entry for the SUV and to contact him as soon as possible. Upon calling that number there was no person to answer, only a answering service.

Some Richard person from a Price Distribution center... Saying I entered to win an SUV and that they have good new for me and to call back to that number... They've been calling for almost a year, I feel it's a scam so yeah. Not trustworthy at all.
