Received call from (866)-452-6442 on Fri. 9/7/18 @ 11:58am that didn't leave a message on my unlisted number. Researched this phone number as possibly Humana? Just mail the info & do NOT answer unwanted calls at lunch & must NOT be important if no message. Reported to FCC.GOV & DONOTCALL.GOV.

this is not spam for those who ARE members with humana, just ask the agent for their agent id and then you can hang up with them call the customer service number on the back of your id card and have them verify that agent id, and then ask for them to connect you to the new member center or to that agents department so you can get your new member assessment complete if you want your health and wellness benefits. if your not interested then let them know nicely. if not your number will get called again.

answered the call and they explain they are from Humana Health ins and the call was about my insurance. Then they asked which plan i had, member number, my social, birthday etc. Gave them none of the information. Asked what was the reason for the call and the call center had no idea.

humana said I purchased their medical insurance and that is not true. I did shop for my own insurance but it was not Humana. This was not in the phone call as I did not answer.

We do not have insurance with Humana - never have - so I am suspicious of the call and blocking.
