It's horrible, Ireceive a call every day when I am in class. I added it to "black list" I don't hear call but receive a message "missing call " and a silence at my voice mail. It's during almost a month, I got angry!

I also received a call but didn't answer. I tried calling the number back an it just rang. No voice mail or automated greeting. I do have an RBC service, so I can see it being that as per Alex's comment below

Got a call from this number, answered, and heard the phone ring once like I had called them, then nothing. Obviously some kind of spam or telemarketing (or both).
